Induction melting furnace from Bharat Machine Tools Rajkot.

Melting time:5-6 minutes for 1 kg.
Capacity:1 kg,2 kg,5 kg,10 kg,20 kg, 30 kg.

Coil is cooled through water which is forced into tubes around coil by compressor. Compressor contains a gas. Water needs to be filled in the chiller.

Water maintains temperature of coil constant while allowing the temperature of crucible to rise.

Induction melting is required if one wants gold of accurate touch,uniformity and quality.Induction melting comes equipped with stirrer inside the crucible in order to keep touch of gold constant after melting and then solidfying.
